A Modern Home in the Southern Peninsula of the Western Cape
7 On Topaz Villa, with its magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean and Chapmans Peak, is situated in the quiet suburb of San Michel in the quaint village of Noordhoek, where you will find peacocks and guinea fowl wandering through the streets. Noordhoek is nestled between Chapmans Peak and Long Beach and a mere 40 minute drive from Cape Town CBD or the airport.
Noordhoek has one of the few remaining un-spoilt beaches in our beautiful country, perfect for long sunset walks or picnics.
Noordhoek can easily be accessed from Chapmans Peak Drive if following the coastal route from Hout Bay, or alternatively via Ou-Kaapse weg, coming straight off the M3 highway.
One of Noordhoek highlights is the charming Farm Village, with its choice of coffee shops and restaurants. Cafe Roux is well-known for its live outdoor music shows. Simons Town and Kommetjie are a short drive away. Here you are spoilt for choice with magnificent beaches and of course the penguin colony. The famous Constantia wine route is a short drive over Ou Kaapse weg.
Beach Room
Our Flagship room, where you will be welcomed by a large King Size bed, a walk-in dressing room leading to your bathroom as well as a corner, floor to ceiling window with sliding door, allowing you to enjoy the breath-taking views from the comfort of your bed or sitting area.
Protea Room
You will be welcomed by a spacious Queen size bed, and en-suite bathroom. The sliding window allows for wonderful views. The room is cozy, yet spacious and comfortable. Your room leads onto a balcony where both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed while sipping your morning cup of coffee or afternoon sundowner.

Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus mit diesem zauberhaften Ausblick und für Eure Gastfreundschaft. Es fühlt sich in der Tat mehr danach an als wäre man bei einer Familie als in einem Guesthouse – genau das hatten wir gesucht!

What an amazing experience! The space and set up is professional and welcoming. We felt at home as soon as we got here, the added extra touches really made a difference. The location is central to everything around the Cape Point area. We look forward to coming back and would recommend staying here 10 times over.

Wat een gewelding verblijf hebben wij gehad. Mooie kamers, een adembenemend uitzicht over the Atlantic Ocean met elke dag een prachtige zonsondergang. Velen wijngaarden, een verfrissend zwembad en een lekker ontbijt, wat wil een mens nog meer. Naast dit alles een buitengewoon aangenaam, zeer attent en warm gezelschap. Wij wensen jullie veel success, wij komen zeker terug!

Your hospitality and kindness is incredible, you thought of every detail, from delicious bakery biscuits to wine and yoghurt. The room is beautiful and feels so homely yet luxurious at the same time. And the views!!! WOW WOW WOW! Thank you for the restaurant tips! You are both wonderful, warm, and caring people, we will for sure be back.

Wow, what a beautiful home away from home! That view! Glorious Chapmans Peak, the peacocks displaying their beauty, guinea fowl calling, a true piece of paradise. And so peaceful…The cherry on the top was the whales we saw just off Chapmans Peak.
